Process System
The company has a full set of LED production workshop and lamps and lanterns assembly center, equipped with international advanced automated assembly line more than 30, fully automatic computer tester, SMT machine, wave soldering, reflow soldering and other advanced production and testing equipment, formed the lamp bead encapsulation, power supply development, mold manufacturing, die-casting, injection molding, coating, painting, lamps and lanterns assembly of complete production systems. From raw materials procurement inventory to finished goods warehousing, strictly control every production process, production system implementation of lean production management, to ensure that each product perfect of the factory, to reassure customers used for a long time.
