Présentation de l’éclairage de pointe
Pour la première fois, l’éclairage pour grande baie LED UFO de la série O présente une puissance de pointe de 200 LM/W sous la même puissance, grâce aux puces Samsung 2835 certifiées et à la source auxiliaire MOSO.
Les luminaires LED pour grande hauteur de la série O offrent un éclairage de pointe ! Sa compatibilité est de qualité commerciale et avec jusqu’à 200 lumens par watt, elle devient facilement l’une des lampes les plus performantes de l’industrie. En plus de tout cela, cette lampe dispose d’une option de cache réflecteur (achat supplémentaire) pour fournir jusqu’à 20 % de lumière vers le haut !
Cette étonnante lampe pour grande hauteur certifiée CE présente une conception étanche à l’eau et à la poussière de qualité IP65. Ses propriétés durables de qualité commerciale en font la lampe la plus résistante et la plus polyvalente du marché. Ne vous inquiétez jamais que ce produit soit endommagé par les conditions météorologiques extérieures ! Le boîtier en aluminium pur forgé à froid offre un excellent transfert thermique pour prolonger la durée de vie des composants et éviter qu’ils ne soient endommagés. How do you offer OEM services?
OEM, or original equipment manufacturer, is a term heard most often within consumer goods categories. Initially, it was associated with a company that manufactured a product which was then resold or rebranded by another company. However, the meaning of this term has evolved over time, and today it refers to different things. For instance, OEM can reference a company that manufactures the actual components used by another company to build a whole system. In other instances, we (ZHL) rebrands your company’s products and allows you to sell them to end-users.
It should be noted that the intellectual property rights of the OEM project belong to ZHL, including the appearance, function, design, certifications and mold of the product. As a partner, your company has additional rights such as mass production, pricing, and providing value-added services to end users.
Through OEM program, you add your brands and packaging to our product line and purchase inventory from us.
How do the ODM program work?
ODM is the acronym for ‘Original Design Manufacturer’ which rely on product specifications or designs coming from your company. All product-relevant patents, trademarks, certifications, drawings, molds and any other property rights belong to your company. ZHL is a role in this process as a supplier who offers raw material, production, assembling and packing.
How do I start my OEM/ODM with your company ( ZHL)?
- Send inquiry to ZHL (Click here) and elarorate your needs in detail, including product category, material, structure, and certification requirements.
- One of our experts will respond to your inquiry. In most cases, they will start a process of sample which includes certain prototypes that meet your needs.
- After you receive and test your sample, you confirm the sample. In most cases, you may require a factory inspection in this step. Then our expert will discuss with you about massive order quantity, packaging design, label design, etc.
- Our manufacturing department start producing your orders.
Warranty
In lighting industry, manufacturers usually offers 3 years warranty (some 5 years). Our mufacturer warranty also covers 3 years warranty (some offers 5 years 50000 hours). As a local vendor, you are obliged to collect damaged end products sold in the market within 3 years, and then return them in batches to our factory for free replacement.
