- This Saturn Series highbay is a new design product which has driver sink style design in construction,give a perfect solution to the influence of optical, mechanical and electrical heat dissipation, ensuring more stable performance and long service life.
- Plug and play smart sensing module is added, which can realize microwave or infrared sensing and remote control via mobile phone APP.
- The driver structure is designed separately from lighting parts, which can be compatible with various brands’ Drivers such as MOSO、LIFUD、SOSEN、MEANWELL.
- It adopts high-density aluminum fins design, and is integrated die cast, with fast heat dissipation, high strength and good impact resistance.
- Multiple installation methods optional, such as chain installation, threaded rod installation and wall installation.
How do you offer OEM services?
OEM, or original equipment manufacturer, is a term heard most often within consumer goods categories. Initially, it was associated with a company that manufactured a product which was then resold or rebranded by another company. However, the meaning of this term has evolved over time, and today it refers to different things. For instance, OEM can reference a company that manufactures the actual components used by another company to build a whole system. In other instances, we (ZHL) rebrands your company’s products and allows you to sell them to end-users.
It should be noted that the intellectual property rights of the OEM project belong to ZHL, including the appearance, function, design, certifications and mold of the product. As a partner, your company has additional rights such as mass production, pricing, and providing value-added services to end users.
Through OEM program, you add your brands and packaging to our product line and purchase inventory from us.
How do the ODM program work?
ODM is the acronym for ‘Original Design Manufacturer’ which rely on product specifications or designs coming from your company. All product-relevant patents, trademarks, certifications, drawings, molds and any other property rights belong to your company. ZHL is a role in this process as a supplier who offers raw material, production, assembling and packing.
How do I start my OEM/ODM with your company ( ZHL)?

- One of our experts will respond to your inquiry. In most cases, they will start a process of sample which includes certain prototypes that meet your needs.
- After you receive and test your sample, you confirm the sample. In most cases, you may require a factory inspection in this step. Then our expert will discuss with you about massive order quantity, packaging design, label design, etc.
- Our manufacturing department start producing your orders.
Warranty
In lighting industry, manufacturers usually offers 3 years warranty (some 5 years). Our mufacturer warranty also covers 3 years warranty (some offers 5 years 50000 hours). As a local vendor, you are obliged to collect damaged end products sold in the market within 3 years, and then return them in batches to our factory for free replacement.
